IVF Outcomes: Your Doctor’s Experience Counts

Posted May 8, 2017 by NRM

Experience Counts in IVF!

PhysiciansIn Medicine, as in many areas of life, the level of experience of your team is critical to optimize your outcome. This is particularly true in Reproductive Endocrinology and IVF, a highly technical and rapidly evolving sub-specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology  (ABOG) has recognized this fact by certifying physician Reproductive Endocrinologists who have passed a rigorous validation of their knowledge base and clinical practice.

Once sub-specialty certified, reproductive endocrinologists are evaluated yearly for continuing clinical excellence in order to maintain their certification.  Don’t hesitate to ask or investigate whether your provider is board-certified! You can easily check on the sub-specialty certification status of your reproductive endocrinologist by clicking on the following link:

https://www.abog.org/new/default.aspx

At NRM, all our physicians are board certified in both general OB/GYN and in the sub-specialty of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr Brown has been sub-specialty  board certified for 3 years, Dr Casson for 23 years, and Dr Murray for 15 years. You will always be seen and your treatment decisions will always be made by one of these physicians. At any time, 24/7/365, if you have questions, you can talk to one of these doctors.

This wealth of experience, in conjunction with our seasoned nursing and embryology teams, makes NRM the most knowledgeable reproductive endocrinology, infertility and IVF team in the area.

We are sure, once you come visit us, that you agree that experience makes a difference in your care!
