Beth Kruger, a Registered Yoga Teacher with over 13 years of experience, will discuss how yoga can increase the natural vitality and wellness of the female body, with a very special focus on the health and proper functioning of the internal organs, and entire endocrine system.  You will understand how yoga can enhance the process of Assisted Reproductive Technology, and how combining the two is so beneficial. Restorative yoga can reduce stress to allow the body to function at optimal levels to increase fertility naturally and boost your chances of conception.

Beth has worked with women here in Burlington, VT, as well as Manhattan, NY and knows the diverse needs of women trying to conceive.

Lisa Lord, a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach, will discuss how diet and the foods we eat can affect your fertility. Limiting your consumption of refined foods, sugar, caffeine, and products with additives can help your liver metabolize hormones, effectively bringing your hormonal cycle into balance naturally. Adopting a diet based on nutrient dense, whole food sources is a wonderful way to begin the process of preparing your body to support a new life. Lisa will show you how she helps people to shop for healthy foods, what to stay away from, and how to take back your health and your life, one bite at a time.
